I went in because I had a gnarly cut on my finger and when me and my sister got there, not a single person was there… including the receptionist. It wasn’t till after 5 minutes of waiting and yelling “hello!” that a staff walked out with her AirPods in clueless. I only write this review because this could’ve ended much worse if it was a harsher injury. The staff member name was Leslie.

I want to share how grateful I am for the amazing care my son received at Abrazo Cave Creek Emergency Center. He was taken back immediately and the staff could not have been more attentive. His nurse Shelly and his physician Dr. Kupka took his concerns seriously, kept us informed, and were very attentive to all of his needs. Alyssa, one of the other nurses there also took the time to check on my son and reassure him which helped a lot. Jessica the Patient Access Rep at the front desk got us registered right away. I needed to go in due to not feeling well for the second time in the past few months. EveryTime I go in I am treated so well, it is such a change to leave feeling better and to feel happy with how I have been treated. Positive feedback and shots out to everyone who I had contact with! Edit - I just went back recently due to some serious throat pain that has been going on for 2 months. I’ve seen three ENTs, my PCP several times, and my dentist. The pain has gotten increasingly worse to the point where I can hardly swallow. My PCP is out of town and every other specialist I called had no availability for months.
