Son injured his shoulder. When we walked in they weren't even busy and after an hour of waiting an xray tech came in and asked to do an xray. At that point the doctor didn't even come in to talk to us before ordering a xray or even look at my son. Then once she did come in she said she has good news his shoulder is not dislocated but is probably torn. Worst response ever. I will never go here ever again.
THE BEST HOSPITAL EVER. When I say I would drive six hours to be treated by this hospital I am not kidding. If they could be my PCP I would do it in a heartbeat. They care so much and ended up costing less than an urgent care (not to mention they help you with figuring out financial assistance). As someone with a LOT of medical trauma I can say with confidence that they treat you well and fast. The past 2 times I've been there they have treated and seen both me and my fiance in under two hours. 10/10 recommend.

The service and care was amazing. If I experience another reason to visit an ER, this is the place I will go. Everyone was attentive, professional, and caring! I’d give more than 5 Stars if I could.
I was there yesterday to get my hand operated on. I got right in, and the nurses and attending physician were all courteous and efficient. I was to start on a prescription right away, to prevent infection. They said they would call it in to my Walgreens on the corner of carefree Highway and Scottsdale Road. I said we will be giving the infection a two day Headstart if that’s OK, and the nurse-said hog wash, they’ll get right on it.
