During my 3 plus hour stay in this ER on June 13th of 2021, there was offensive vulgar rap music being played in the ER. I complained to my RN only to have her laugh at me. The very next song had the “N” word being said with every line of the song. This behavior was repulsive, disrespectful and unprofessional. I am 75 yrs old. I came to the Buckeye ER with severe pain from a kidney stone. I sat in waiting room screaming in pain for a long time. Once in exam I told them of the stone. They took ct to confirm then I suffered in pain for a long time before I was medicated for pain. The morphine wasn’t affective and I had to scream and scream in pain for attention.
