If I could leave 0 stars for management I would. I have been dealing with this office for the past month. Every single time I call. There is no Notes Taken On My chart, every single time. I Call, no one Knows, What’s Going On. I ended up making an appointment with the supervisor came to my appointment which they stated, was never scheduled. Trying to tell me. This office from the front desk to the surgeons is the best office I have been to. They really care about you and your health with needs and treat you like a human.
Abrazo goodyear such an amazing office! Shout out to Orthopedic specialist Dr. Koistinen and Nuerologist Dr. Kaldawi! They have handled my care so professionally and with alot of knowledge. Customer service and staff is top tier. This medical center blows other offices out of the parks!

I went to Abrazo spine Institute three weeks ago and had a phenomenal appointment with nurse practitioner Hawthorne. I was told to follow up three weeks later with Nurse practitioner Molly. I went today, sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time. When going to the desk to ask what was going on I was told it won’t be much longer. 10 minutes later I was usher into a room.
