The apartments are nice and well-kept. There’s a small gym with few equipments, good for a quick workout if you don’t want to go to your usual gym. Management is nice, and my neighbors are super chill, so the vibe is pretty relaxed. Parking is like 3 blocks away. I lived in NYC before, so walking three blocks to parking isn’t a problem for me.
Staff & residents are great people!
Location: Great views, lots of nice nearby eateries, bus hub good for transit without driving Staff: Motivated, accommodating, and helpful As of August 2025 it's still under renovations, so expect work crews and unfinished areas. Doesn't bother me personally.
Great sales representative response, great room comfort and price, fast maintenance response
All the doors are broken, the lights always flicker, they refuse to replace the fridge water filter that has displayed as 'expired' for the past 15 months. Humidity is always 70%-80%. Baseboards are getting moldy and i get blamed despite the ongoing airborne moisture. Internet frequently goes offline. Since I moved in, the fire alarm goes off every time i cook anything. When i make maintenance tickets, they take away items and never replace them.
