Horrible communication and does not follow team plans, ESPECIALLY doesn't answer the phone often! My son was here for a short while and he verbalized he was having suicidal thoughts and told the dr his plan. I was thrilled he was able to express how he was feeling, something that wasn't done before. Of course he was went to ER for eval and was accepted for inpatient until stabilized....it's like they dropped off the face of the earth!
