Worst rental experience I have ever had. There is no way to contact the landlord unless it’s during their “office hours” which are rarely even from 8-4. When we needed them most, we could not get a hold of them. They also have a VERY stingy subleasing procedure. Although my subleaser signed her own papers and paid her own security deposit, come spring I get a letter from Abramson Properties stating that I owed $1200 in rent, plus almost $200 to each of my old roommates!! All winter we’ve had to plow ourselves out. Today, another landlord from Grover properties came and plowed us out, very nice man. On top of the snow, construction has been going on for over a year, there is still no siding on our building. We always run out of hot water and the landlord himself does not communicate well nor help out with issues, his workers are always the ones to come and look at things.

They don't show up for appointments, which is very inconvenient when you travel for hours; property descriptions aren't accurate. Be careful. Had bad experience before we signed, can't imagine how they are after you are a tenant.

Called to inquire about a rental they had listed on their website and the person who answered the phone was beyond rude and actually hung up on us when we had more questions. If this is any indication of how they treat tenants I feel sorry for people who rent from them.. won’t be looking at any more units from Abramson.
