They say first impressions means a lot. I have much love, now for Jeff, and Ed after meeting them. I had a alteration I wanted to do to my car; but if I took it to a dealership to have it done would charged me no matter what a fee to do the job. Nope, not Jeff. This repair shop got me back on the road within a few hours when my car broke down right outside of Mesa. Very professional and friendly. Did not over charge! I would definitely recommend Abramson Automotive.
A friend comes here for all his jeep service needs. I've had to take it in a few times for him and these guys are truly experts in their craft and incredibly friendly with a strong customer service orientated philosophy. I would gladly bring my own vehicle here to service it.
I was in need of right now service on my alternator. I had never heard of or been to Abramson Automotive before. I was recommended to them by the gentleman at the Jiffy Lube just on the corner, so I had pulled in around 3:30p. Jeff the owner made me feel welcomed. He ran me a quote and my car was able to be taken care of right away once the new alternator and belt had arrived. I waited in the lobby area while my car was being worked on. The staff was friendly as well & I was back on the road by 5:30p
