Great neighborhood shop. We are fortunate to have them here. Fair and honest pricing. I live about 2 blocks away so they will pick me and drop me off if needed. I cant say enough positive things about Jeff and his team.
They say first impressions means a lot. I have much love, now for Jeff, and Ed after meeting them. I had a alteration I wanted to do to my car; but if I took it to a dealership to have it done would charged me no matter what a fee to do the job. Nope, not Jeff. I asked him how much would he charge for a small the alteration to the car. Jeff looked at me and said no worries, I won't charge you. Yup, it was FREE!... Took car in for AC fix and Jeff went above and beyond to also make some recommendations and include other things like broken lights and warning signs that were in the car. Very pleased and satisfied. Would recommend
A friend comes here for all his jeep service needs. I've had to take it in a few times for him and these guys are truly experts in their craft and incredibly friendly with a strong customer service orientated philosophy. I would gladly bring my own vehicle here to service it.
I got a flat tire on my way to work at was about 10 minutes till 7pm. I pulled into the first place I could and it was Abramson Automotive. I started getting everything out of my car to change my tire and the owner came out and asked if I needed help. Mind you they are closed and most of them gone home for the day.
