The optometrist was extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable. Refused to wear a mask even though he had one on the counter and was 3ft away from me. Does not care about accommodating patients and making them feel comfortable.
Horrible experience! So called Dr Alex is ALWAYS right! God complex....Rude, aggressive, narcissistic. Customers beware, women going alone BEWARE. Don't give him the satisfaction of treating you like a third class citizen.
