Dr. Abrams is one of the most knowledgable doctors I have ever seen. He is extremely kind, understanding, and non-judging. He somehow manages to have a good sense of humor too. Dr. Abrams always goes above and beyond, and puts a great deal of time and thought into his patients. I couldn't possibly recommend anymore more highly than him. He is the best!
I was recommended to Dr Abrams by my therapist and I'm glad she did. I found him to be intelligent, thoughtful and kind, and he listened intently as I explained my issues. He explained his recommendations with a comforting and informative manner, and I now feel much better as a result. His office is comfortable and he responds to messages quickly, I highly recommend Dr Abrams.
Dr Abrams could not stop screaming and swearing at me during our second visit. He asked me if I was stupid. He would not stop berating me as I had to ask him to stop twice. I had to end the meeting and walk out. Dr Abrams said nothing as I thanked him and left. I was visibly shaken as I walked out of his office . 2 hours later he sent me a text. It wasn't to apologize for terrifying me, it was to ask me to take his review down. I can not recommend this Dr.
Very impressed with his immediate understanding of my situation.
Dr Abrams has been treating my anxiety for several years. Recently my loving wife departed and he was most effective guiding me through the painful bereavement process. Michael
Dr Abrams seems to have a propensity for screaming and swearing at his patients. I respectfully told him that I felt he was being too aggressive, he insulted me more. I left the visit. I have never seen such inappropriate behavior. For $1,200 no less. Safe yourself and your sanity & stay away from this crude man.
I've been seeing Dr .Abrams on a regular basis for two years. He compassionately received my history and discussed ways to address my issues in terms of both psychotherapy and medication. In terms of therapy, he not only offered (and gave) his own services, but also took the time to meet with an existing therapist that I was seeing. In terms of medication, he reviewed several options and clearly explained side effects and mechanisms of action, taking into account my own concerns. Additionally, he consulted with a specialist ... read more

Dr Abram helped me in more ways than one. He taught me an invaluable breathing exercise that has changed my life. It is something I can do everyday for the rest of my life which vastly improves my mental health. He is always there when needed and doesn’t push unneeded appointments. His main goal is to genuinely help people which unfortunately can be rare. I cannot say enough good things about him and truly appreciate everything he has taught me about anxiety!
