One of the coldest meanest therapist’s, I still have severe trauma and severe anxiety because of this woman. I was only 19/20 years old when I started seeing her, I had never gone to a therapist before. I was definitely shocked with how big of a bully and how vicious she treated me. One of the most abusive therapists I have ever seen. Unprofessional, huge bully, extremely mentally abusive, moody, she terrified me, truly. I still have panic attacks when I think back to how damaged I already was when I started seeing her, and how much more damaged I became when she referred me to another therapist making me think i had done something horrible to be treated so abusively, I was only 20/21. Yea she was horrible and terrifying. A huge bully, very mean, very abusive.

I was 19, I had never been in therapy before her. I remember how I always felt so much worse about myself after my appointment with her. She was mean, volatile, intimidating…definitely a huge bully. She bullied her patients most definitely. My sister bullied me my whole life so I suppose I was just used to that treatment, it wasn’t shocking to me, if it was I would not have lasted a week with her. I unfortunately started seeing Dr. Kay Abrams when I was around 19 to 20 years old. I was suffering from severe anxiety, depression, and constant suicidal thoughts I had been struggling with since I was 11. I would describe her as a huge bully. It is a very sad reality, there are just as many good therapists as there are damaging, evil power hungry psychopathic therapists who unfortunately are allowed to continue to treat patients after causing so much loss and destruction.
