I’ve contacted 5+ properties listed by this property management company over the years, and the pattern is always the same: the properties are never actually available. They’re routinely advertised as though they’re available, only to find out that the actual availability is 5+ months out. At that point, the listings feel less like legitimate vacancies and more like a way to generate inquiries and collect prospective tenants’ information. They have the best vacation rentals in Balboa Island. Every home is clean, beautiful, and well taken care of. The team is friendly, helpful, and makes everything easy. We always have a great experience. Highly recommend them!
