Called twice to cancel an appointment, with no answer..I left a message. Now I’ve been charged a fee for not showing up. Very wrong on the offices part and frustrating! They have a portal but unfortunately they have my wrong phone number on file. Very disappointed.
This Center is closed. I had an appointment today and arrived to find a locked door with no signage indicating the office is closed. My appointment was never canceled, and no correspondence was ever sent to inform me. Now I must scramble to find a new gynecologist during this COVID mess. :-(
This place is AMAZING in everyway!
I love the PORTAL where I can schedule appointments and ask questions and actually receive prompt replies. Both Dr. Abrams and Gretchen the nurse practitioner are attentive, answer my questions, explain what is going on with my body and monitor my condition carefully. I never feel like they are trying to rush me out of the office to attend to the next patient.
