Initially, the property passed inspection however the inspector was inexperienced and the city inspector reversed he inspection and pointed out several obvious reasons on why this inspection was failed. What was to be a 2 day job, ended up taking 6 weeks. A simple replacement of new ac unit and furnace and new ducts in attic on a small 950 sq ft house. Everything he needed was there brand knew in boxes. He dropped off his employees who did not have transportation, They turned on the radio very loud, On the first day all they did was some ducts taped to vents.
