horrible day to day operation...the drs and student fail to communicate clear directions and correspondence
AVOID! This place used to be kind, courteous, and professional. Now the place has fallen into the black hall of unacceptable neglect and service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I called at least once a week for two months trying to make an appointment for their Free Sealant Day and left messages every time. I never once heard back from them. The day of the event I called twice and someone finally answered the phone to tell me it was over. When I asked why I had never received a call back the only response was that she 'was out'. I asked if she had been out for the entire two months but she did not have an answer. I asked if they don't check voicemails and she said 'we do'. I guess they don't actual... read more
