Abrakadabra has the best and friendliest service of any Auto, towing (or any other type of service) has to offer. I have never been to another shop and been met with genuine honesty and kindness. Gilbert took great care to ensure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle. If I ever have anymore issues with my vehicle Abrakadabra will be my 1st call.
I was recently traveling back from visiting home for the weekend. On the way back, my tire pressure light came on and I still had a ways to go. My dad found Abrakadabra online, The owner, Gilbert, ended up helping me with my tire issues. He was so incredibly friendly and you could just tell that it was genuine. We chatted while he was looking at the tires on my car and he had such a heart to help others and give back.
Gilbert picked up my dad’s 2007 Chevy trail blazer when it suddenly broke down at my house one weekend. His towing was quick and professional and he gave me lots of updates on the details of the diagnostics and condition of my dad’s car. We discovered that it had many problems and Gilbert was honest and transparent and very helpful in us finally deciding to find a different car instead of using all my dads money to fix the old trail blazer when it had so many problems and could break down again. I had an awesome experience with Gilbert—hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever worked with. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He was honest, professional, and incredibly thorough. My Jaguar was giving me issues (needed a new alternator, water pump, and oil change) He explained everything clearly, gave a fair quote, and got the job done in the time he said he would. I’ve Had My Fair Share Of Mechanics I’ve Dealt With But, Gilbert At Abracadabra Was The Best,Kindest, And Fair Mechanic I’ve Ever Ran To With A Car Problem. I Brought My 2021 Range Rover HSE To Him (Yes He Works On Foreign Vehicles) & He Got It In & Out Quickly w No Problems & Made Sure He Was In Contact With Me Throughout The Entire Process, Sent Pics & Videos Too!
