Terrible Firm. They take what they want leave you with less then you had to start, don't return calls or ever contact you will drop your case after months of waiting and only make phony calls to a company asking them to settle. No one really works here just receptionists that get paid to do nothing. Don't waste your time get an actual attorney not clowns

They had me close to a settlement for at least some type of payout, recommended I fight it to get more, sent emails every couple months saying they still working on it, won’t return calls or emails, 1 year later they say they dropped my case.

How it works is they send out letters to your employer . Your employer does not have to respond to them . If your employer gets scared and responds they settle if they don’t respond they do not have to pay anything and the case gets let go off ….
