Abrahams Oriental Rugs and Dhurries was established in 1974 as a small Oriental Rug import company at 7101 Beechnut in Houston. The first rug store was opened in August of 1975 at 6120 Richmond, and the size was only 800sq. ft. We were mainly importing Oriental Rugs and Dhurries from India and selling to various showrooms in the Decorative Center. Got your message, yes confirmed these ppl are never to be trusted. will get with BBB and with the concerned.(BBB Houston has issued one negative) Have checked their false claims and DCH...too many issues leading to a chicanery. This was a good trusted business a few years back, suddenly all the greed and 3 stores with a fair trade claim (disagree, the fair trade), they are not to be in the trusted group of businessman (PERIOD)
Terrible place to even ask a question. and they think that only the filthy rich can afford their escalated pricing. Designers and clients have been complaining left right and center... My word such attitude I've never even seen before, I usually do not get worked up but the owner, is some character. If you are have a good day I recommend go here, you will feel so much better.
