Got your message, yes confirmed these ppl are never to be trusted. will get with BBB and with the concerned.(BBB Houston has issued one negative) Have checked their false claims and DCH...too many issues leading to a chicanery. This was a good trusted business a few years back, suddenly all the greed and 3 stores with a fair trade claim (disagree, the fair trade), they are not to be in the trusted group of businessman (PERIOD)
Terrible place to even ask a question. and they think that only the filthy rich can afford their escalated pricing. Designers and clients have been complaining left right and center... My word such attitude I've never even seen before, I usually do not get worked up but the owner, is some character. If you are have a good day I recommend go here, you will feel so much better.

WHY should I not shop at Abrahams Rugs? Because in layman's terms "NOT WORTH MY TIME" Yes people learn from mistakes, and do not commit the same again, (I will not). Abrahams rugs should not be trusted, they have a very bad reputation in Houston, (quoted by some senior Houstonian members that know the owners very well, I did not expect it from them) Just that we do not complain much, and take it for granted, thinking we are getting a fair deal. I waited and waited and at last I have the privilege to vent off my frustration, I purchased a few rugs from Abrahams Rugs in Houston and they charged me around $25,000, for the rug in question that was PAINTED REPAIRED and all WORN OFF.....what a ripoff !!! the other rugs are a ripoff too Well they convinced me that this was an century year old rug and the value would go up, and that the rug was rare and was difficult to get anything close to this quality, they even mentioned that a rug sold for over 30 million dollars on s... read more
Wow these people are indeed cheats, I was holding back this review until I did a search and there are so many floating around…. after advertising for discounts, they have tons of excuses
They did a decent job. The cost of the rug cleaning was more than the rug itself. And they still were not able to get rid of the stains. I was not offered a discount for this. Likely will not use again.
My Husband was cheated hands down, will spread the word about this
