I was unhappy at first with how the air duct cleaning was done, especially around the outside area near the furnace where it did not look fully cleaned. After we talked, Antonio listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and said he would personally come back to correct it and do a more thorough cleaning. The vent cleaning itself was done well, and I appreciate that he handled the situation professionally and made sure the duct and furnace area would be cleaned better.
I had mold buildup in my air handler and called Abraham's Air Duct Cleaners to inspect it. Antonio did a great job cleaning the unit, removing the contamination, and explaining a solid plan to help keep the ductwork and HVAC system from having the same problem again. The service was thorough, professional, and really improved my confidence in the air quality and airflow in my home. I would absolutely hire them again.
