We have had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Abraham - Novant Health Urology – Wisteria, who was treating my father-in-law with what should have been a simple procedure. This required three visits for diagnosis (including a visit to ultrasound) and a final visit for treatment (needle aspiration). My father-in-law is handicapped and needs help getting to and from the Urologist, meaning, someone has to take off work to get him to and from appointments. So, previous review mentioned I never saw the doctor on my first visit. After discussions with PA in that first visit, I asked about another MRI to compare with results from 2 years ago with doctors from the Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland Clinic was excellent). PA said he could schedule that. Had the MRI and never heard anything about the results from this doctor. Only message I received was about scheduling 'a procedure' (and that was 10 days later). Front office staff was nice. Had no idea I wouldn't even see the doctor on my first visit. Eric (PA) was good, but very disappointed the doctor couldn't spare 1 minute for a new patient with some serious concerns. The office itself could use a bit of a makeover/refresh.

Took excellent care of me to start and will do the same for the present situation. Willing to move to Wilmington from out of state if need be.
Dr. Abraham and his entire staff preform well above any healthcare expectations. From the front desk, to in depth visits, insurance claims, and billing. This office does it all. Thank you Dr. Abraham
Dr. Abraham Is ok but his staff, P.A Sara Tennant and P.A. Morgan. Are just great! The practice however is a different matter. The two girls at reception do just enough to get by but the Office Manager, should have the title, Wicked Witch of Wilmington! She continually throws her weight around and believe me when I tell you she would still have a good amount of weight to lose if she lost 200lbs! Talk about obese, I don’t even want to think about the lair I know she is!
Dr, Abraham has been very good for the prolam that I go to him for. He is always ready to listen to me as a patient.
Dr. Abraham and his staff were awesome. Answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed and informed about everything that revolved around my procedure.
I look forward to a heathy outcome.
