I was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday...for Monday..Then Friday I received a call from a very argumentative staff person telling to have by Monday.. So we went back and forth..so I canceled....The Doctor is very good..but he needs to get his support staff in order..They need to learn how to be more professional...We're paying for Service..it's not free...so act like it and Appreciate your Patients..
Went to appointment and doctor refused to examine my daughter, after we paid a large co-pay. Greatly disappointing.
Very pleased with Dr Abraham Thomas! He explained alot in easy-to-understand terms. He took his time. I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend him. The staff was very nice, too. Thank you Shenitha & Kaitlyn.
