I like doctor Paykar, he is straightforward with diagnosis and very helpful. BUT during the past year it has become increasingly difficult to contact anyone in the office when I urgently need prescriptions or anything else. The office voice mail is full and there is no other way to contact anyone. This has become a serious problem lately when the office has made mistakes on prescriptions and I cannot contact them to get the problem corrected. He was very rude & when my mom asked questions he was like “LISTEN LADY” very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I like Dr. Paykar, seldom have to wait more than 20 minutes for appointments and he takes all the time necessary to discuss medical issues. However, in the past 6 months or so it has been quite difficult to catch someone in the office when necessary. Seems the Dr. is out of the office frequently and the office is often closed so I end up talking with their answering service who often have no idea of when someone will actually be in the office. The office is only open M-Thur at best, afternoons.

Dr Paykar is a great doctor. Not going to tell you what you want to hear,but what you need to hear. TOUGH LOVE GREAT DOCTOR.
