Great doc, takes his time and is very through.
On my first visit, Dr. Mathai took the time to go over my entire medical history and ask me a lot of questions. He did a complete medical exam, and went over my bloodwork results in person (telehealth). My impression is that he is very professional, knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. I did not have problems with his staff as a couple of others have mentioned.
Very unprofessional office staff, I will find another doctor. I made an appointment 2 months ago and took time off from work. I get to appointment and was told he is out. I was told they make callbacks but I never received one. If you are looking for a doctor look elsewhere and save yourself some trouble.
He's a good Dr. who listens and cares.
