I first saw Dr. Carpenter to help with mid-back stiffness and hip issues, with the goal of improving my core stability and hip range of motion for tae kwon do training. After several adjustments over several weeks my kicks and stance are more consistent and my breathing is improving, which I really appreciate since I also suffer from year-round allergies. I plan to continue a regular plan of care with Dr. Carpenter simply because I feel better when I do!
