From what I understand, Dr. Lopez has been at El Paso Children's Hospital for several years and not at this location that probably doesn't exist. so either the previous review is a fake or is inaccurate. My experience with my daughter was amazing. He did seem super busy and the front people also seem very busy. It is understandable that it may take him time to get back to answer additional questions. For us, it took a couple of weeks to get the report and the results and recommendations that were on the report were spot on.
The initial appointment was great—we had about a 4 month wait to get in, but I kind of expected that. However, after the appointment, I’ve been in need of further recommendations & support, of which I was told I could reach back out at any time to obtain. I’ve emailed and called multiple times over the course of a month, and have never received anything back.
