I visited Dr. Chacko's Kingsland office for an initial consultation for for a flare up of post pregnancy hemorrhoids flare up. While it was relatively easy and fast to get an appointment, I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness at the facility. I was called into a room that was previously occupied by a patient and immediately notice the paper sheet had not be changed. Been seeing Dr Chacko for 5 years. Very caring and competent provider!
Dr. Chako is a kind, knowledgeable, straight forward physician. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and likes his job.
Definitely do NOT agree with the other reviews! I've been a patient of Dr. Chacko for 4 years and he is honestly one of my few doctors that I trust 100%! Yes there is a wait, but its because he wants to actually take care of his patients and not just check a box that he saw you to refill your scripts and send you on your way. He also cares about your quality of life vs agonizing on-going treatment options. Ask questions! He will make sure you understand what's going on, where you're at, what's the plan.
