NEVER GO HERE: I'm very disappointed in the treatment I received yesterday when returning to your store with an item I purchased the day before for a refund or exchange. I called yesterday morning to explain the situation and was told to bring the item back. When I returned with the item the sales person said she was aware of the issue and she OFFERED me a refund. My experiences here have been terrible!!. Beware that business !!! Since you arrive the first thing you see at the door is a sign that says: No refund of your money ... Terrible hair extension, colors and customer service. Beware! According to them the dealer put diferents colors in boxes that do not correspond.
