Unbelievable experience today. I bought balloons for my 8-year-old, including a number balloon, and the staff gave us a bag that was clearly too small. I mentioned this, but they still tried to squeeze everything in and handed it to my child. Unsurprisingly, the balloon popped right there in the store. When I spoke to the manager, she refused to take any responsibility or offer a discount—even though it was their fault. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and basic customer service.

I was in desperate need for a last minute costume….Tanya was extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient over the phone. The customer service was A+ and my outfit arrived the next day after purchase! I even received a follow up call when my package was delivered. I recently needed an urgent Halloween costume at the last minute and no where in Sydney had what I was after. I was recommended Abracadabra in Frankston - and they did not disappoint! I spoke with the manager who was an amazingly helpful, friendly and accommodating lady named Tanya! She sourced exactly what I needed and had it sent to me on the spot. I received my order the next day! I can’t thank her and her team enough for their help and fantastic customer service!
Will definitely shop here again staff were polite and efficient and extremely helpful!! I needed last minute costumes for halloween they quickly packed my order and I had it within 30 mins delivered thanks heaps!!! The kids loved all there costumes they were great 👍 thankyou
