I want to be respectful of the person, because the doctor is an older man, and I didn't know him as my dog's vet, but rather as an authorized veterinarian who could issue the APHIS International Certificate online so I could take her out of the country. What a terrible experience! I had to pay for the certificate that I never received, and on two occasions, he didn't do it correctly, giving me excuses that didn't make sense to me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! The office is dirty, Dr. Bolos doesn’t wear gloves when drawing blood. He said my pet needed surgery as soon as possible and that they had an infection when they don’t. He claimed to do a full blood work panel, but when I went to a different vet and they said the panel covers only a couple of things but not the important things like thyroid.
