I am so angry at your poor service. Your Bloomfield Ave, Newark location closed without telling any of the patients who had appointments. You don't deserve to be in business. If you don't care enough about your patients to let them know the office isn't even open any more, how can they possibly trust you with their health?
It’s so horrible , my insurance pays my daughter braces at 100% and they are getting paid from them and want me to pay as well . They are trying to double dip so be careful with them . They are thieves . I will not stop until I get this resolved with lawyers and the business bureau . Because my insurance tells me I don’t have to pay anything out of pocket and they refuse to see her today 2/20/2025 because they say I owe when I don’t . I would love corporate office number to resolve this not some employee
The attention to children is getting worse every time from patient to patient they take too long, I took the time it takes for the doctor to check the patient was 12 minutes from there they stay talking with. The nurse who walks 35 minutes and I was in the next shift is very ugly, the service needs to be faster. I have been with the doctor who is in the Newark offices and he treats his patients and does not stay writing in the two-computer hours is very bad
