The owner, Jeremiah, installed a hot water heater overflow directly into my heating duct, which when it tripped caused mold thoughout the house, which cost me thousands of dollars. on another property i had a plumber look at Jeremiah's work and we had to re-do it. Jeremiah was rude in the end, and the IRS sent me a letter about them instructing me to pay them any money i owed to Abra-Cadabra because they didnt pay their taxes and now the IRS was collecting their accounts recievables. after all this i dont trust them.
