Overall a great experience during a frustrating time for me after being in an accident (that was not my fault). Wendy & Jacob have fantastic customer service skills! They welcome you in as if you are family, Jacob even greeted me by my name every time I walked through their doors. They took care of everything. They corrected any concerns I had. They wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone needing paint and body work done.
Abra was very helpful when I was dealing with multiple stressful situations with my car. Everyone here was very kind and understanding. I would especially like to recognize Holly for her excellent customer service support, and kindness throughout the process of getting my car fixed. I appreciate this location and everything they did to make sure my car was in great shape! Holly is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to make sure everybody is taken care of. I would definitely suggest them for any of your needed repairs.
I had an excellent experience with Abra Auto Body & Glass in Woodstock. Wendy was especially communicative and kept me updated throughout the process, and the rest of the team was just as professional and attentive. My car repairs were started the same day I brought it in, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
