Car repairs were unexpectedly needed, but the staff at this location were a pleasant surprise. Susan at the front desk and Mr. Gary, the manager, provide top-notch service and take meticulous care of customers' vehicles. Thank you.
I would give this ZERO stars if Google would let me. Everything about my experience with the Egg Harbor, NJ location of this franchise was deceptive and disappointing. They strung me along for weeks telling me multiple times that my car was ready and they were just waiting for the paperwork to leave the manager’s desk so it could be processed and I’d be able to pick it up in two days or even that same day.
