Excellent service and exceptional communication from the team. They went above and beyond with the repair of my car.
Friendly professional staff. Nice waiting area and clean shop. My only disappointment was I was told 6 days to do the repairs and it took 10 not counting the holiday. The text I got keeping me updated were sparse but accurate. I would definitely recommend this company to someone who needed repairs and I would definitely go back again myself.
ABRA went above and beyond with their customer service! Incredible fast service with my car being towed to their garage and their professional manner and kindness during a difficult time. I so appreciated everything they did for me to make the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend ABRA!
Nearly all of our communication was done via text messaging; this allowed me to respond to inquiries when I was able and I didn’t need to worry about missing a phone call - very convenient!
