The service I received on an insurance job was extremely satisfying. I was greeted and walked through the entire process. I was asked to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and was asked about 20 times if I had any questions or needed anything. The paint was a perfect match and the car was very clean. I will never go anywhere except Kadels and preferably the Cascade shop.
Poor work – I had an insurance claim repair done to my SUV. All very friendy and helpful at first. Upon delivery, I found that they failed to complete repairs, follow special instructions, poor paint match/quality, and the vehicle was dirty. I told them so on the follow-up customer service survey with no reply.
