I am not as pleased as I was at the beginning.
I have had my vehicle into this shop for 2 separate times. Both times I left unhappy. First time I pick up car up and it was dirty from sanding dust. USED parts were put on my car without my knowledge or approval - then told it was my original parts repaired. NO certified mechanics actually check anything over mechanically. NO front end allignments as I was told insurance will not pay for them so they do not do them. Julie is rude and curt - and that is putting it mildly. Just got my Acura TL back after having some repairs done. They replaced a quarter panel and front bumper after someone hit my unoccupied car in a parking lot. They got the job done quickly and my car looks better than when I bought it! Thanks Abra Auto Body & Glass!
