RecommendedThe insurance of the person who hit me recommended I go here...which left me a little leery to begin with. But after going for my estimate of damages I'm impressed. Shane was BEYOND helpful, professional and kind. After he was done and I went to go home my car wouldn't start! He went out of his way to try to help me get my car running so I could make it home safely! ABOVE & BEYOND! Definitely recommend!!!

They did an amazing job at fixing up my Ford Escape! Kept me up to do via texts and phone calls on how the progress was going. It came back looking good as new. Shane and Cori were wonderful to work with. Thank you to all!
AMAZING customer service! My rear window shattered and while my insurance company was able to line up a replacement about 48 hours out with another popular company, I was able to call Abra myself and get them lined up for 24 hours out. Angela, the schedule coordinator I spoke with was so friendly, proficient, and polite, and let me know they’d be out the following day early in the afternoon. Brought my truck in for deer collision repair and they estimated four days and I had it back in two and they did an amazing job truck looks just as good if not better when it pulled of the lot amazing job great people and happy customer!!!!!!!!
Chose this place because my insurance said to. They said the repair would be four days. Today is day EIGHT and I still do not have my car back. They said they found more damage. Okay, fair enough, but I was NEVER called, texted, emailed or anything to tell me about the delay. I only found out on day seven when I called and asked. Very poor communication. Said they’d email the estimate and that took three or four weeks.
