I called the front desk to see if car was done and the woman that answered had an attitude. When I went inside to fill out paperwork to get mi car, the woman acted like she was annoyed helping me. Wont go back
My vehicle was repaired here for an accident that did not include damage to my windshield and there was no damage to my windshield when I took it in for repair. However, it was returned to me with a cracked windshield.
Calibers is an excellent auto repair shop.
Called today to discuss getting a repair/estimate. The front desk girl was extremely short with me, immediate loss of confidence. They refused to even look at the damage prior, wanted me to schedule something over a month out. Then I had to bring up the type of vehicle and some light modifications that were done to it (something that would have been covered in an estimate), she then told me they wouldnt do the work. Thank God I asked or I would have waited a month for nothing to be done. Go somewhere else.
