Excellent body work on my Tesla Model 3. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend this shop for your automobile repairs...in particular Teslas.
I had my windshield repaired on my Tesla about four months ago and it developed a large crack from the base of the windshield up to the center. Almost 2 feet long. After careful examination there wasNo evidence of any road chip in anyway. When I spoke with them they would not stand behind their product and said it's my problem. Hate to leave a one star review but I had a business for 40 years and I stood behind what I did even if it Cost me. My advice, seek repair work elsewhere.
ABRA, and Alex in particular, exceeded my expectations in every way. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and displayed impeccable, communication skills. From the moment I dropped off my car, he set clear expectations and made the process as predictable as possible. He kept me informed by text multiple times a week, just like he said he would. He delivered my car back to me one full week ahead of schedule, and the repair was of the highest quality. Highly recommend ABRA and their capable staff.
