Never been in a car accident before. Was very anxious about the repair process and navigating my way around it. Caliber was exceptional, especially Linda. Very communicative, timely, and professional. My repaired vehicle looks great inside and out!
On a terribly busy day, Rocco squeezed me in and shared his opinion free! Someone backed into me and while I didn’t see any damage, I’m returning my leased car for a new vehicle in two weeks and wanted to be sure I wouldn’t get stuck with penalty’s for damage. I spoke to Rocco and he took a look and was completely honest — there was no damage beyond superficial chips in the paint that could pass for normal wear & tear. Tyler and Linda were great to work with! Tyler kept me informed every week and I was put in a bad position due to how long I had my rental car after the accident waiting on repairs and they were able to provide relief! This is my second time working with Linda and she is really great at what she does! 2nd time around, same high level of satisfaction. Hopefully my last! Thank you guys for everything!
Someone hit my car, causing cosmetic damage. It took me one month to get an appointment with Caliber (their insurance's default). They spent nearly three weeks "repairing" my car. I picked it up today, and cosmetically it looked great. But then I drove about 20 miles, and all of the sudden the front right of my car starts rattling. Nick McCollum did a great job managing my car's repair and the expectations around when it would be ready and the status of the repair as it was in process. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and understood the repair process well to manage my expectations. It was a great experience!
