Since the replacement, there have been several issues that indicate the repair was not completed to an acceptable standard: screeching window, interior damage, door closure malfunction. I have not received any response or follow up to correcting this poor quality of work with an expected date of completion of work. I trusted this service center with this repair and expect the work to meet basic quality and safety standards.
Mike was awesome through out the whole experience he returned my car better than ever and 6 days earlier than expected will definitely be returning
The team explained the steps of the repair and walked me through my first insurance claim. They kept me informed with calls and texts to update me on the status of work and estimated pick-up time. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. They even cleaned the inside which had nothing to do with the work. The team was phenomenal, and I would recommend to anyone needing body work.
Some staff are good some not much... repair was good but car was dirty
