Well Abra was not able to repair my vehicle and we had to wait for parts. It turns out the repairs would exceed its worth. They went out if their way to accommodate us the length of time and went above and beyond to satisfy us.
I had a smooth experience, they were on time with the repairs even having the car out a day or two before the estimated time and the job was well done, kudos to the team. What stood out for me was the exceptional customer service, John called to give updates on the car repair progress every day. Abra sent progress updates on message regularly. I would highly recommend.

I only went in to have my trim fixed but it was the personal customer service they provided and the clarity that earned them a 5 star review. They broke everything down for me in a way I understood since I’m not that great at knowing my stuff when it comes to fixing cars and provided me with a few options based upon what I needed and could afford and the quality turned out great. They will have my business in the future should I need it.
