Excellent people and service. Communication was superb from beginning to end! We always knew what step of the process our vehicle was in. They made it a smooth and easy process after an accident. I have been to another body shop and it was a zero compared to the experience we had at Caliber!
I have never had such a bad experience with any type of business than I have had with Caliber Collision in Fridley. They were recommended by our insurance company and so we dropped our truck off with damage from an accident. After 1.5 weeks we went back to get our truck and it still had damages. They told us my insurance denied paying for it. I called my insurance and they said those specific damages were never submitted from caliber collision in the first place, they didn't deny anything.
