I recently had body work done at Caliber Collision on Bethlehem Pike. The end result can only be described as unsatisfactory. I also asked their staff for another estimate on a second project, which I never received. I guess they didn’t want to be bothered. Would not recommend.
A hit-and-run in the parking lot while my car was parked at work left me so upset—especially since I’d only had my brand-new car for a couple of weeks. Caliber Collision came highly recommended, and it’s easy to see why. From start to finish, they made the process completely effortless. They coordinated everything, including the rental car—someone from the rental company brought the car right to Caliber and picked it up directly when repairs were done. Caliber Collision were very friendly and professional. The body repair work was done in a timely manner. Caliber did a great job with the bodywork repairs!
