From the moment I stepped in the door I was treated by everyone I met with professionalism and friendliness. During the intake meeting I was informed of the overview of the repairs, the cost estimate, and the probable timeline, assuming there were no "surprises." And all along the way I had progress reports. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had a Caliber-Ham Lake.
Excellent service from start to finish! The staff were very friendly and my service rep kept me updated throughout the entire process. My vehicle was ready before the estimated completion date and they even cleaned the interior for an added touch! I've had a few vehicles in to this specifoc shop (Ham Lake) and would highly recommend to others.
We were kept very informed of the progress. Work was completed three days ahead of schedule. Every last person we came in contact with was kind, caring and assuring. The car was returned absolutely spotless inside and out! I would recommend this business in a heartbeat.
