After some fire damage, we took the car to Abra with low hopes. Kacey immediately went into beast mode. She went above and beyond for us and there are few others I will trust in the future. Kasey really deserves a raise!
Spoiler alert! ABRA's new motto needs to be: "When in doubt, just break some more." I went in to ABRA in hopes of getting a fair estament and my car repaired. Instead they totaled out my car. Not to big an issue if it was bad. I unfortunatly have no way of knowing... I requested a overview of their assesment 5 days ago and the only thing I recived was a paper with a poorly printed generic diagram and a few scribbles.. however now I'm missing my once fully functional gas covor (they where nice enough to leave me some prybar m... read more
Professional, prompt and quality vehicle auto body repairs!
The only reason they get a 2 is because they are so friendly. I didn't bring my car to a body shop to make friends, I brought it because I hit a deer and it needed repaired. They had my car for 20 days the first time and have brought it back two other times since. The first time they called me to get my car I was pretty excited and turned in my rental car and was on my way to get it when I got a call that it wasn't finished. At first I was impressed by Abra's quick turn around and happy they managed to save me the cost of my deductible. Then went to pick up the car and found that they had failed to make a repair that was included in the claim... And that they had scratched my brand new lip while installing it. Got this "fixed" but then the result was not matching the stock product. Fast forward a few month and I keep finding issues such as clear coat applied over section without paint, and amateur job installing the front fender back. Wheel well... read more
