Excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Gallatin! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. A special shoutout to Tiffany, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, communicative, and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Great customer service can make all the difference when you’re dealing with car repairs, and Tiffany went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work or repairs!
Expensive, but effective. Car mirror was scratched after whole repair and the staff laughed and said well it’s up to you if you want it fixed. I think it was unprofessional as a whole, and took way too long for a simple fix. I think I’d look somewhere else next time but if you have to go here they don’t do a bad job.
I’m a big fan of clear communication. And my experience with Caliber was exceptional in every way starting with an explanation of the service and likely timing for repairs. Tiffany Battle kept me up to speed with each step and provided options for additional repairs not covered by insurance.
Service was good and my vehicle was ready earlier than promised.
