Caliber is amazing! I took my Challenger in on Mon Aug 11th and they told me it could take up to three weeks to get my car fixed. They kept me informed of everything from the estimate to the progress to the hiccups that could arise. The called me on Wednesday the 20th and said it would be finished either late Friday afternoon or Earlier Monday morning. Missed spot on my bumper the 1 piece of trim is a completely different black they offered to repaint it however it should've been done right the first time the tire shop they used didn't get my steering wheel completely straight after an alignment not happy with their services
