I recently had my car repaired by Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN and they did an amazing job! Neil Herrin did an outstanding job throughout the process. The work was superb and I received regular updates from Neil. We requested additional repairs not related to the accident and found the additional work and price outstanding. I highly recommend Caliber Collison!
I wish zero stars was an option. Would not recommend!! We went there to get a dent fixed. They told us they were ready and to bring our vehicle in and leave it, went back to pick it up a couple days later and were told they actually only had some parts and would have to bring it back again. Brought it back the second time after multiple communications attempts and they wrecked the truck pulling it in so the step bars had to be replaced now.
