Great service unless you’re in need of their “life time” warranty work. Because I was never contacted, I was forced to sell my vehicle at a discounted price due to the defective paint job. Three year old paint job was peeling. After providing proof of work, I was told I’d be called within 24 hours for an appt. It’s been nearly two weeks, no call. Also, as I was talking to the admin, an employee walked up and forcefully slapped the back of her chair in an attempt to deter her attention to him so he could ask her to help his f... read more

I recently had insurance repairs done to my vehicle at Caliber Collision and they treated me fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Car was ready when promised and it was clean inside and out. The front office was easy to work with. The estimator was great and kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked my car up, the manager took me to my car and went over all of the work they did to the car. Would highly recommend them!
