I was going to use Caliber for my repair so I set up and appt. online. When I showed up they didn't have the appt. in their system so they couldn't help. They recommended that I call instead of using the online system since the online doesn't work correctly. I fixed that for them. I'm taking it somewhere else.
Had an uninsured driver rear-end me Sept 2025. Caliber did an exceptional job. 5 days in and out. Can't say enough great things about them.
