Everyone was very friendly and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. They did a great job with repairs and got it done in a timely manner!
Made repairs that were not authorized. Brought this to the manager’s attention before leaving the lot and he agreed that it didn’t make sense to do the repairs that were done because it did not improve anything. I offered to pay for the part but not the labor since I never authorized it and the manager said that seemed more than fair but after talking to his manager he said he could only offer me a $100 gift card.
My vehicle looked like new. It was done a week early. Great staff!
